Fr. John McKenzie's Next Assignment

Fr. John McKenzie is to be appointed a member of the In Solidum team of priests who will pastor Christ the King Parish, Detroit; St. Charles Lwanga Parish, Detroit; St. Moses the Black Parish, Detroit; St. Peter Claver Parish, Detroit; St. Suzanne/Our Lady Gate of Heaven Parish, Detroit; that form Trinity Vicariate Family 2, effective July 1, 2022. Fr. McKenzie will serve primarily at Christ the King Parish “and school."

Fr. John is ever grateful to have been given the grace to serve at the basilica as a priest and he is very much touched by the strong faith and love in our Shrine Parish and Schools. Please pray for Fr. John as he prepares for his next assignment.
