Dear Shrine Parishioners,
We are pleased to announce our 2025 Annual Raffle! This is a Church and Schools fundraiser and is our biggest fundraiser for this year. Our goal is $200,000 of which the net proceeds will be distributed among the four groups: the Church, the Grade School, the Academy and High School, and Religious Formation. Each of these groups will determine how best to use their share of the net proceeds from the raffle, being good and prudent stewards with the funds entrusted to them.
The schools held their kickoff raffle assemblies on Friday, November 15th. The Parish kick-off will begin on Monday, November 25th. Your Parish Fundraising Obligation - Each Parishioner is expected to buy and/or sell a minimum of 12 tickets at $10 each. If you meet your fundraising obligation, please ask for additional tickets to sell. The money raised from this raffle will benefit both the Parish and the Schools!
RAFFLE DRAWING
The drawing will be held at Shrine Catholic Grade School, 1621 Linwood Ave., Royal Oak, MI 48067, on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 6:30 pm. The drawing date is on the back of the raffle ticket. A maximum of 30,000 tickets will be available for sale. Please note that prizes will be drawn and awarded in the order that is listed on the back of the ticket. All winners of cash prizes will be notified by a phone call.

Grand Prize - $5,000 | 2nd Prize - $1,500 | 3rd Prize - $1,000
PARISH PRIZE INCENTIVE
For those who sell ALL 12 of their tickets, there will also be three (3) additional prizes of $500 each if returned by the following dates: Friday, December 6, 2024, Friday, January 10, 2025, and Friday, January 31, 2025.
Please return your sold ticket stubs, unsold raffle tickets and money in ONE sealed envelope labeled with your family name to the parish office. The final day for returning sold/unsold tickets is Wednesday, February 5, 2025. Please note the State of Michigan requires ALL tickets be accounted for – therefore ALL tickets sold or not sold must be returned to the parish office.
