Help the homeless

Shrine will partner with Berkley Community Church to shelter and feed the homeless Feb. 2-15. Starr Presbyterian Church will be the site for the Warming Center during this time.

Best wishes in 2025, and it's that time of the year again to take that abundance of love that God has graced us with, share it with those in most need, and together help to build the Kingdom of God, and bring hope and love into the world.  The Warming Center will be held at the New South Oakland Citizens for the Homeless building, which is the location of the old Star Presbyterian Church, located at the corner of 13 Mile Road and Crooks, 1717 W 13 Mile Road, Royal Oak, MI  48073.

Volunteers are needed on the following dates, sign up here

7:30-11 a.m. Feb. 2 – Volunteers are needed to set up at Starr Presbyterian Church 

 7 a.m.-noon Feb. 15 – Volunteers are needed to break down the setup
