Mass Dispensation Lifted March 13, 2021. With the general obligation to attend Mass on Sundays and Holy Days set to expire on Saturday, March 13, 2021 our pastor, Fr. Joe Horn, sends the following welcome back message to all the faithful returning to the Basilica.

We are in need of a Music Director for the Basilica. If you know of anyone you believe will serve our needs, please have them send a resume and cover letter to Tom Jacob [email protected] We will be posting this position later this week on the AOD website: www.aod.org

We are ready for Lent to begin and look forward to sharing this journey with you to Easter. Please note that all Masses marked with an asterisk indicates the Mass will be livestreamed.

The Time Is Now to support the blessings of Catholic education by making the new Shrine Athletic Field a reality. Our Shrine family of alumni, parents, friends and benefactors are coming together to give our children, and children for many years to come, an outstanding outdoor athletic complex that includes a synthetic turf field for football, lacrosse and soccer. The new complex will include permanent lights and a new sound system. Our new facility will be an incredible place to celebrate our children as they practice and compete under the lights.
