Today we welcome our new Director of Music Ministry Stephanie Yu, who has 20 years of experience as a music director and minister.

During Mass last weekend Shrine parishioner Dick Daly and our new Development Director Joan Clarke provided an update regarding our current Raze the Roof campaign.

July always marks the beginning of the fiscal year where we set calendars, make schedules, and plan for the next year. A scripture came to mind as I reviewed the year.“So whoever is in Christ is a new creation: the old things have passed away; behold, new things have come.” 2 Corinthians 5:17. This verse from St. Paul rings true for me as I reflect on the beginnings of my assignment as pastor of the National Shrine of the Little Flower.
